  • Paint

Sentinel is presently offering poxy and cellulose-based painting services, with intentions to introduce powder coating within the next 12 months.

  • CMM

Sentinel has two CMMs on site. The large CMM measures up to 1,200 x 1,200 x 1,000 mm, while the small CMM measures up to 700 x 500 x 400 mm.

  • Pressure Testing

Air decay, air under water to 60 PSI and hydraulic testing to 350 bar

  • Part Washing

Ultrasonic washes as well as standard rotary washes

  • Assembly

Sentinel is currently manufacturing vacuum pump assemblies, producing 1,100 units weekly for an electronics client, and additionally assembling approximately 75 popular vacuum cleaners each week

  • Packaging

Cast Iron parts are always packed in VCI bags and silicon desiccant used when required
